Autumn in Tuscany is a working season. This short retreat sits inside it: picking in the groves in the cool of the morning, pressing in the afternoon, and cooking what the hillside gives back.
Days are unhurried and hands-on. You will learn from the family who farms the land, eat at their table, and leave with oil you helped make.
