Guest Agreement

By booking a TerraGo retreat, the guest agrees to the terms outlined on this page. These terms are designed to keep the retreat experience clear, fair, and well-organized for both the guest and TerraGo.

TerraGo retreats are created as small, intentional travel experiences centered around craft, place, meals, pace, and people. Guests are expected to join with respect for the retreat setting, local culture, other participants, hosts, and the shared rhythm of the week.

Booking & Payment Terms

A booking is considered confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received and TerraGo has sent a confirmation notice. Guests are responsible for reviewing all retreat details, dates, inclusions, exclusions, payment timelines, and travel requirements before completing their booking.

Retreat Rules

Portugal is not just a backdrop. The light, stone, food, materials, and local traditions all shape the feeling of the retreat. TerraGo uses place as part of the experience, so guests feel connected to where they are, not just what they are doing.

Guests are asked to respect shared spaces, workshop materials and tools, quiet hours, and the schedule agreed for the week.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat location, including:

• Flights and onward transport
• Valid passport and any required visas
• Travel and medical insurance
• Disclosing dietary needs, allergies, or mobility requirements in advance

Retreat Changes

TerraGo may occasionally adjust an itinerary, instructor, or venue where circumstances require it. Where a change is material, guests will be notified as early as possible and offered the options set out in the Cancellation Policy.
