TerraGo is just beginning. Our first season of retreats launches in 2027, and each one stays intentionally small, so early guests don’t just attend, they help shape what TerraGo becomes. There’s no long history to point to yet. There’s a founder who’s spent over a decade building community experiences, and a first season built with the same care as the fiftieth will be.
Our Genesis
The Story Begins With Making
TerraGo began with a simple belief: travel feels different when your hands are involved. A place becomes more memorable when you touch its materials, sit with its makers, eat at its tables, and move through the week at a slower pace.

We pay hosts and makers fairly and buy from the farms and workshops near each venue, so that every place is a little better looked after when we leave.

TerraGo is shaped by research, care, and dedication. Every activity and experience is thoughtfully designed so you feel genuinely looked after, creating a warm and personal experience from beginning to end.
Originally from Brazil, Cinthia is a creative community organizer with over a decade of experience facilitating creative projects. She started TerraGo in 2025 to bring more awareness to heritage craft processes, partnering with artisan entrepreneurs to offer guests experiential learning.
Before TerraGo, she held roles across journalism, marketing, and tourism. She’s drawn to developing new ideas and shaping places and experiences that feel more beautiful. At heart, she’s a community organizer who finds joy in spotting a need and taking action.
