TerraGo retreats involve advance planning, coordination of accommodation, securing experienced instructors, collaborating with local partners, and maintaining limited group spaces to ensure an intimate experience.

Because of this extensive preparation and limited capacity, our cancellation terms are designed to help protect both the guest’s investment and the overall retreat experience for everyone involved.

Deposit Policy

A deposit secures your place on a retreat week. Deposit amounts and any refund rules are shown on each retreat before you book, and are confirmed in your booking email.

Refund Timeline

Refund eligibility depends on when the cancellation is requested, measured against the retreat start date. The specific timeline for each retreat is published on that retreat’s page.

Cancellation Deadlines

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The date TerraGo receives your written request is the date used to determine which refund band applies.

Transfer Option

Guests can transfer their booking to another date or to another guest, subject to availability and to any difference in retreat price.

Emergency Changes

If you need to cancel because of illness, bereavement, or another emergency, contact us as early as you can. We will look at the options available for your retreat week.

If TerraGo Cancels

If a retreat is cancelled by TerraGo, guests receive clear next steps, including refunds or transfers to another retreat week.
